Dr. Claytor was my pediatrician. I have been in pain my entire life. When I finally convinced my parents to bring me to a doctor at age 11, I pointed to where the pain usually starts and she said "there's nothing there to hurt." That was the end of that as far as she and my parents were concerned. I finally found out the cause of my (actually very quite real) pain at age 26. I have a deformed kidney.
