My primary sent over a referral, I saw Dan Greene the NP who was great; he was genuine, honest and took the time to explain things. They called me back after a few weeks to schedule my follow up after they got authorization. I went through a hell of a time scheduling transportation AFTER confirming. This place is unprofessional. Doctor doesn't see you, only the nurse diagnoses you. And for the referral, it's the worst thing I've ever encountered. They say they sent it, but it's not true.
I would give them a 0 star if they would have such a thing.the doctors are good. The Schedualing department is Horrible at best. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau To report them for negligence. They were supposed to call me to schedule me for a procedure in October. It is now almost March and I’ve never Been called back. They need to be put out of business! I will Now find a different source of Pain Management.
Can't imagine what they do with patient's personal information. Company gave my name to an employee that I made a suggestion about. said employee then found me on facebook and messaged me about what I said!
