Amazing team of professionals from the front desk, drs, lab technicians, etc. Always greeted with a warm smile and welcoming presence.
The doctor was very thorough, and he informed me of things I didn't know, that the previous doctor should have told me.
I have always had, and still do, have excellent care from Dr, Kotiah; compassionate and thorough.
I didn’t have the most best experience after waiting over a month for an appointment and by the way had to keep calling because they never called me . I finally reach my appointment date and left with no infusion and no date to have one . I was told that they had to get authorization for the medication and that was over three days ago . I am critically low on iron . I never had this experience when I attend University of Maryland. I have great insurance. I don’t understand the lack of communication with this experience.
