No good staff named Jenny very rude if you have presence to her she’s nice to you, but if no presence she’s been rude, she’s not to be in front desk she should be at the back of the office, Dr. Engineer is good but his medical staff named Jenny is not approachable very rude she has favourites, she has no respect she has bad attitude, no good medical staff too long for waiting always behind the time no good clinic🙄
This was my second appointment at this clinic, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I had a very disappointing experience at Dr. Robert Tommasini’s family physician. The receptionist spoke to me loudly and disrespectfully in front of other patients, and it appeared that some patients were prioritized ahead of others. When I tried to speak with Dr. Robert Tommasini about my concerns, he refused to see me or hear me out and referred me to the hospital without any explanation. My experience with Dr. Engineer and his assistant (Jennie) was excellent. I found Dr. Engineer to be a very knowledgeable and expert physician in family and community healthcare. Dr. Engineer and his team were compassionate and caring, helping me and other patients on a weekend.
