So my girlfriend has an appointment to get an iud removed and a new one installed. We get there 15 minutes early and they inform us that they are out of stock... are you kidding me. We both took the day off work because the last time she got one installed she could barely walk. They called two days ago to confirm the appointment. What level of incompetence and stupidity do you have to have to not even check to make sure you have the device for the procedure.
