I called and spoke with a friendly individual by the name of Dana. We spoke for an extended period time about pain management, potential new opportunities, and the wonderful gifts that are provided to us. I appreciate her friendly candor and her overall demeanor when assisting people with their health needs. I cannot thank Dana and Dr. Marc Simon enough for all their assistance and kind words, until we meet again.
I have been a patient here for over 11 years, and have never gotten anything but exemplary care and service. The Doctors have been concerned about my entire well being, and the staff has always been amazing. A special tip of the hat to Dana, who called me today to check on my renewal needs, set up everything tele-medicine, and had my paperwork to me in a couple hours. She always goes the extra mile!
