I have had excellent and timely service every time I call the Board. I've never spent an extended time on hold and my concerns have been addressed courteously and promptly.
Definitely the worst medical licensing agent. To reach them takes at least two hours. When they transfer you to an agency, they sometimes transfer you to a non working number. Also never reply to email. When they reply, it’s not helpful at all.
Unfortunately, this place is clueless and archaic...I really pity them
