they continue to take payments for services that were paid months ago. I didn't understand why - when i was finally able to connect, they said they do not send invoices or monthly statements if there is a payment plan set up. I asked for one to be sent - it is 7 days later - I have not received...
Medical Imaging of Colorado is the worst. Unfortunately they are 3rd party billing, so you don't have any choice in the matter. They have very poor follow up if you do have a question. Or say they are resubmitting a claim but have no proof or provide a possibility to appeal in a timely manner (I'm finding out about this 4 years later). I don't know what other providers use this company besides Sally Jobe. All I know in the future is that I will avoid using them for any of my screenings or scans.
The worst, I've made monthly payments of $150 and they said I did not make my payments or have a payment plan and sent me to collections, when I had the receipts from them showing I made the payments. I will NEVER use them again!
PATIENTS BEWARE! Absolutely, unequivocally the ABSOLUTE WORST in Customer Service. Their billing practices are antiquated and their software needs a major overhaul and upgrade! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company on any level.
Just received a summons for a bill that we never received. It is apparently from 2 years ago, we aren't even sure what it is for. We have not been able to speak with anyone to get some answers. Ridiculous.
