Juan has really no business in customer service. We brought a concern to him regarding a surgical light concern. Ordered 90W as called for, received 100W, unit began to smoke and smell after about 60 seconds. Expressed concern about this higher watt bulb being used in the unit for 6-8 hours each day. Instead of assuring me this happens, it's safe, you can use it... He tells me "I don't know anyone who does 8 hour surgeries" and "Maybe you should upgrade to new surgery lights". Very poor communication and an attitude even when I was cordial. Received a quote from Nickolas A. on 3/27. Emailed all paperwork required. Spoke with Karla for the second time on 4/23 and she gave me a date to ship of 2 weeks, not saying that she was sending an email with additional paperwork. So now 2 weeks later, Karla says, I sent you additional paperwork to fill out and it doesn't go to production till payment is received, so a hospital has to wait 2 months for a specialty bulb because of poor COMMUNICATION and customer... read more
