Very poor communication and an attitude even when I was cordial. Received a quote from Nickolas A. on 3/27. Emailed all paperwork required. Spoke with Karla for the second time on 4/23 and she gave me a date to ship of 2 weeks, not saying that she was sending an email with additional paperwork. So now 2 weeks later, Karla says, I sent you additional paperwork to fill out and it doesn't go to production till payment is received, so a hospital has to wait 2 months for a specialty bulb because of poor COMMUNICATION and customer... read more
