got their dunning letter in the mail. no address-no phone number-no addressee- no explanation of bill not money nor hospital info. a day previous Ttufts Medical contacted HMFP ABOUT BILL AND TOLD THEM THE CHECK WAS IN THE MAIL. If this is the kind of service that HMFP expects, I will have to complain to he Atty General. This borders on becoming fraud charging for bills that are being paid
