Medical Guardian provides peace of mind when a loved one has mobility issues, and is sometimes alone. Very pleasant staff, and easy to deal with.
I may have bought this a little prematurity as I am not really in danger of falling, but enjoy the feature of counting my steps. It did go off in church, talking loudly and I had not punched the red button so I had to leave to go home and call your number. An agent helped me supposedly correct the error. At least the good news was that no EMTs came to the church.
I love, my medical alert device! It’s small and compact. When you wear, the medical alert device, it is not, too obvious. I love customer assistance, too. They are friendly and knowledgeable!! Thank you!!
