Go elsewhere. Every time I've been here, I've been kept waiting at least 20 minutes with no I'm sorry or explanation. They require face masks to enter the building but the staff don't wear them. There is no patient portal and they are terrible about delivering messages. I had to call 3 times to get my last message, only to find out that the PA who left it wasn't working her anymore, but today, she is again. I only am here because it's a block from my residence.

Been going here for years. Sometimes they are busy but that’s because they are thorough. Great doctors and great staff also.
I love Dr. Penn! He is a very compassionate and thorough doctor. The staff is always very pleasant.
