The staff says there no emergency appointments. I don’t understand why is this. If a person is in crisis situation and has clarity, why he have to go to an ER to get sufficient treatment ?

My friend was treated horrible here. I wouldn’t even leave 1 star but it makes me. I spoke with the np on the phone during her visit and she demanded that she go to the hospital due to her bp and heart rate being high (the only reason it was high was due to a panic attack) and said she would not treat her till she was treated at the ed about this issue. Then changed her mind and was going to see her. Very wishy washy, and not ok how my friend was treated.my friend is traumatized from this experience.

I work in healthcare and this is not like me to leave a review like this. I had an emergent visit with one of the NP’s there due to my anxiety being heightened due recent medication switch. I went in and was visibly upset and in panic mode due to my anxiety condition my blood pressure was checked by a very nice nurse that comforted me. I went back to see the NP and she told me she could not see me because my blood pressure was high. I told her my blood pressure was high because I was having a panic attack. She told me she ha... read more

I hesitated to leave a review because my first experience was so horrible. Pilar Turner doesn’t seem to be a good fit for her profession. The office manager is very dismissive to patients complaints instead of finding a solution for them. I never wanted to go back after dealing with those two people. HOWEVER, after 8 months of crippling anxiety, I went back and was seen by Dr. Kristin Elena Klimbal. Had it not been for her I don’t know what I would have done. She sees you and she hears you. I felt so comfortable and not judg... read more

I will tell you Dr. Boiter is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. I have struggled with anxiety and depression my whole life and seen multiple doctors and when I started coming to him he really helped me change my life. He cared about me and helping me and not just shoving medicine at me. He is the most understanding and supportive doctor. I am beyond thankful that I was able to find him because my life is alot better because of Dr. Boiter.
