Always nice and well treated
Went for cat scan everyone was super nice and I was in and out in 30 minutes with everything.
I haven't met all the doctors here, but I think this is a practice issue more than a doctor issue. This facility is really close to my home, so I thought I would try to establish a primary care doctor there. The one time I was able to go, it was all but empty. But every time I've tried to get a sick visit appointment, both through the app and by calling, I'm told that the doctor has no availability for the next 3 or more weeks. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this office. I arrived at 1:45 PM for my appointment with my PCP, which was the time I had noted in my calendar. Despite being physically inside the reception area at 1:45 PM, I was told I couldn’t see the doctor because the check-in was marked at 1:46 PM—just one minute later. There were no other patients waiting, yet I was turned away.
