staff is very rude! I don't suggest anyone visit or call this facility!!
I went to see Dr. Tirmizi for my first time and the office was empty. I didn’t see any other patients in the waiting area, yet he still hardly made eye contact while speaking with me. I didn’t feel like he fully tried to address my concerns, and he or his office also missed sending one of my prescriptions to the pharmacy. The worst part was calling to reschedule a follow up to do my labs and blood work. I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes and finally gave up.
