Located at the back in it's own building. It helps to call when you get there and they can better help you. Be patient the staff is friendly and helpful. They have a system and method in place that works well. They are very busy keep that in mind.
My son passed away more than 3 months ago. John has been very kind but others in the office have been quite rude. I know it takes a while but this is ridiculous. How is a person supposed to come to terms with their loss and start moving forward without answers? Perhaps they need more personnel or another lab. That isn't a me problem.
