My son passed away more than 3 months ago. John has been very kind but others in the office have been quite rude. I know it takes a while but this is ridiculous. How is a person supposed to come to terms with their loss and start moving forward without answers? Perhaps they need more personnel or another lab. That isn't a me problem. My grandfather was constantly beat by his wife who was 20 years younger. He mysteriously died and her and her brother stole his entire estate including our family business. It has been almost 4 months and they still haven't completed the autopsy.. this is so frustrating and devastating that this is the only place in town and they have taken this long

I can’t speak on wait times, but I will say they were very attentive and caring. I had all kinds of emotions about my husband’s passing, but they listened to me and addressed the situation with empathy and kindness. Thank you.
The reviews are helpful. I'm waiting for a call back to update the estimated wait time for a death certificate from three months ago. It appears that others are still waiting, too.
