Great tech there, painless!
Staff is fabulous. Open mri. The answering service is outsourced and they’re horrible. I would have gone somewhere else because it was so difficult to schedule. But the other place had no availability today. I’m glad I came hear in the end
Saturday appointment tech refusedcto conduct a MRI because I had a 45 years ago a fishblurevremoved from my eye. I was 17 years old that happen 47 years ago and I have had 5 MRI procedures since then. If he doesn't want to work on a Saturday don't waste my time. I have had MRI's before he was even licensed !
This may well be my FIRST-EVER NEGATIVE REVIEW! Yesterday, I endured a horrible experience...if I could have given a NEGATIVE grade, I certainly would have done so! I was on Hold with the Scheduling department for 73 minutes...and this was after hanging up following a 45-minute wait earlier in the day! After hanging up, I called the front desk to complain. They said that they would be willing to schedule my appointment...but my file was SOMEHOW in possession of the Scheduling department so the front desk would not be able to... read more
The front desk was extremely rude. They were talking amongst themselves like they weren’t even at work, just socializing amongst each other. We were waiting over an hour after our appointment time while they took people back who had just walked in the office. The tech who ended up doing my sons mri was one of the employees that was goofing off in the front office the whole time we were waiting to be called back. I honestly wouldn’t recommend coming here.
