I genuinely don’t understand how this clinic is still operating. The front desk staff gave me three different answers to the same question depending on who picked up the phone, and then acted like I was confused. They lost my paperwork twice, scheduled me incorrectly, and still somehow blamed “the system.” The doctor rushed through the appointment in under five minutes, barely listened, and contradicted what another staff member had already told me.
