I called to make an appointment for a new OMMP patient and the staff at Medical Concepts was completely ignorant about Oregon OMMP regulations and was stating things that were completely not true. I questioned these things (knowing them to not be true) and was hung up on and blocked from calling the office. I have personally been an OMMP cardholder since 2006 and a patient of this clinic for a number of years and will never go back after this experience. This is a great place good staff that no what they are doing and a great doctor very nice wish he was my regular doctor.
