Just honestly disappointed with the overall customer service here. From my experience so far, not a place i could honestly recommend to anyone. I hope they figure out a way to show and prove to customers, that they matter as people and their concerns are valued...

Terrible customer service. Called me once for payment and sent to collections after that. Paying my bill monthly and it wasn’t good enough for them. One phone call before sending to collections is completely UNACCEPTABLE! Time to find new customer service and billing representatives.

In terms of care I love every aspect of this hospital! Fantastic Doctors and nurses and optimal care made an illness I had recently very manageable. My main drawback is the complete insensitivity on the billing. I have a very high copay at my job and the bills came at a time I had to cover the majority of the costs. I had tried to work with their billing center but the minimum amount was far more than I could handle. I told them what I could afford and no more. Thank you to the surgeons and the students that took time out of there Saturday morning to expose young kids to medical practice careers! My daughter loved and appreciated the experience and is even more excited after dissecting a pig's heart about becoming a veterinarian! SetUp is a wonderful program then more tea should be exposed to!
