Terrible experience. They said they did not have paperwork of my childs records BECAUSE OF COVID" and needed the PCP to send it over However when the actual doctor got on telehealth she said her height was great. So if they dont have the record and I never tole them her height then how is her height great? My daughter has multiple issues and they said she may not need testing all because shes not developmentally delayed. What a joke. #telehealth sucks
This is the third time I'm being rescheduled for no reason other than the doctor knowing he is going to be out sick four days from now. Very upset and this needs more staffing or they will continue to get 1 star reviews. Fix yourself vcu genetics!
