Horrible facility. Staff is rude and there is no empathy. I've been going here almost 20 years and I've made the decision to find a new doctor. Wait time is ridiculous.
RecommendedVery impressed with MCN's changes since COVID. I went in for bloodwork after having used their available telehealth appointments to see my doctor and it was clear they care about the safety of their patients and staff.

Each Doctor has been professional, thorough and very caring. Have always had excellent care!!
You might wait a little longer on occassion here, but that is because these Dr.s take TIME with each patient, and know them as individuals instead of filing them thru as fast as possible, forgetting your face and ailment by the time of your follow-up appointment the next week. Dr.s that know about nutrition and supplements which is key to maintaining health and being as preventive as possible :) I recommend Dr. Summers and Medical Clinic of Northville quite often when friends need a new Dr.
This used to be the BEST doctors office. I came here even when I moved a half hour away. Now, every time I call them I get put on hold for 15 minutes at a time- I am NOT exaggerating, and don’t bother setting up an appt because you’ll sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes after your appt time anyway. This place sucks now. The desk staff is rude on the phone and in person. It really sucks because the doctors are fantastic, but dealing with the horrendous people at the desk isn’t worth it anymore.
