I have been seeing Dr. Joby James for several months. He is knowledgeable, caring and detailed. He does not seem hurried. He answers my questions in detail and gives lots of good information. I always feel that he really cares about my heath. I highly recommend him.
Can't even tell you how badly they pissed me off last summer. All they needed to do was simply pull blood for my doctor in Las Colinas, also under MCNT that I would be seeing 4 days later. Driving from Plano to Las Colinas just to pull blood when this office is literally next door to where I live, I thought would be simple. What a nightmare! 30 mins of waiting, I walked out w/ no blood drawn, showing up to my dr 4 days later with no results to discuss. Management seemed not to care at all!
