You should be ashamed to call yourselves health care professionals. I wish I would’ve seen your awful reviews before waiting months for this appointment, driving almost an hour and then ultimately being denied service because you claimed I was past the grace period…. I was literally in line while your sorry front desk person was moving slower than mud. Obviously this place has issues with all the bad reviews. I too have had a horrible experience. Don't be truly sick and truly in bad shape because this place will not help you! I'm literally down to 100 lb can't stop throwing up, need a little time to feel better and figure it all out. I've worked my whole life never asked for time away from work. These doctors don't care maybe about getting your money that's about it
This clinic is a joke. It takes FOREVER to receive a cal back, even when the matter is marked URGENT. Allyson is completely unattentive, and simply passes out referrals with ZERO follow up. I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business. It’s the worst office I’ve ever been to.
Heather Lacusa is fantastic! I saw her for the first time last week and she was able to diagnose a problem I’ve been living with for years! Bad morning allergies turned out to be acid reflux and she prescribed medication and it totally worked! Thank you Heather!
