Everyone was nice and the building was under construction but it was still clean!
Everything went smoothly and the staff was kind, considerate and professional, if I ever need another MRI this will be where I go.
This place is not useful if you need an MRI- idk what doctor they have, but he DID NOT listen to my concerns. He spoke AT ME and down to me as if I was a child, and dismissed my injuries as if they weren’t there. He stated that they could not help me, but still tried to check me in for the money- I told them what’s the point of checking me in if you can’t help me?? I have pain medication. Had surgery at this location and cannot think of a place as well organized, clean and with personnel that really cared about my well-being and care. Every person, from the admissions office to the PT who chaired me to the car to leave were truly excellent. Every RN, NP or NA appeared to truly be concerned about my comfort and care. Not once did I have to wait when I activated the nurse call button for assistance. They answered the call within 30 seconds and were in my room within minutes.
