From being greeted to recovery, my experience was kind, compassionate and understanding of my fears. Ms Liz (prep nurse) is an angel. She is wonderful! She explained very patiently what to expect. Dr Sanchez (electro physiologist), his doctor assistant, Dr Nunnley (Anesthesiologist), and the surgical nurse (I can't remember his name) are absolutely the most patient, kind, talented and trustworthy medical team that I have ever had. I went for tests, staff was helpful getting me checked in and to where I needed to be. Testing Staff were kind and professional.
I had an appointment to simply give a blood sample l checked in on time the receptionist told me to have a seat l did as instructed and I was sitting as close as I could in plain sight of the receptionist I was seeing patients come and go before me after 2 hours l went to the receptionist and asked why was it taking so long for me to be seen and told her why I was there she and her my wristband she preceded to tell me she had instructed me to go down the hall to phlebotomy which she did not and I told her she didn't and I wa... read more
