i’m new to Dallas. I went to a urgent care and wasn’t instructed to come to medical city because we’re new. We didn’t understand the concept of medical city Heart hospital. We just saw emergency and we stoppe. Walked in and met I believe her name was Michelle at the window, who asked if I was a patient there and in confusion said no she walked away said of “course not” and stated that I was talking to low and meet her at the door when she opened the door I asked am I supposed to be a patient?
