I am extremely disappointed with the way my husband and I were treated by Melissa in the Admitting department before his surgery. What should have been a compassionate and professional experience became unnecessarily stressful because of her attitude. There was a simple misunderstanding about our payment method, yet she made us feel as though we were refusing to pay.
