I don't think I've ever had a more negative and disorganized medical experience. I made an appointment with this company a month ago! Yesterday, instead of receiving a confirmation call, I received a call that told me my doctor may or may not be in the office. But no reference to making a new appointment. Today, the day of my appointment I call at 8:30 am to confirm my 9 am appointment and am told I will get a call between 9-9:30 on whether or not my appointment will happen.
