Beware the parking structure at Medical City. Instead of having a payment method involving either human beings or a kiosk that takes credit cards, the hospital uses Metropolis Parking, which requires a smart phone and payment through access to a QR Code. That's fine for people who understand it, but not everyone has a smart phone and those who do do not always know how to use a QR Code. This is the best hospital I've ever been in!!!!!! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Can't recommend them enough. Carolyn D.
There are a few things good about this place ... not too much !! I was in for a couple of days with a bacterial infection, when released was told to immediately start my antibiotic which would be Tuesday. Here it is Thursday and I finally found it at a different drug store 20 min away. I've tried to have it transferred to another pharmacy but by now the antibiotic is of no value since it's been over 60 hours or so. I called the charge nurse and Gracie told me I'm SOL bc I'm not a patient anymore and the prescribing doc can't... read more
