I would not recommend going there if you’re seriously concerned about your health. One of the employees (that I know of) does not take the current pandemic seriously at all and believes that universal everyday precautions are enough to fight and eliminate the virus. She is incredibly reckless and shouldn’t be around any patients. If you currently HAVE to go to this facility, please be careful and watch who’s helping you.

Had a kidney stone unable to pass on my own. Was put in a hallway rather than a room. Was told no urologist would see me and couldn’t have it blasted. Dealt with the pain for a week, dehydrated, infection setting in, finally went to my pcp and was sent to my urologist and was set for surgery that night. Don’t go here.

I went to a walk in clinic for a mass just below my sternum and she recommended an ultrasound despite thinking it was just some fatty tissue. I went to the TriStar in Portland. Before getting the ultrasound I asked the lady checking me in what the cost was and she said she didn't know. I told her I wanted to pay now and needed a price. She said she couldn't tell me that without running it through insurance. I asked what the self-pay price was and she STILL didn't give it to me. So I said fine, and got it done. I've had ultra... read more

I w/in the hospital for a couple of days, home now & resting. (Nothing to do w/the virus.) I w/have some surgery in the near future when this virus panic slows down. For now, I pay attention to myself & take it easy. Even though it felt very eerie being in an almost empty hosptial, I had an EXCELLENT medical team, from housekeeping all the way up to technicians, nurses, surgeons, etc. Let’s remember to thank them for their kindness & hard work, today & everyday. Take care of yourself, always. It’s good to be home. Onward, th... read more

Well I can certainly tell that Mission Hospital is now owned by a “for profit” company. I just received a bill for $126,000 for my one night stay back in February when I had my shoulder replacement surgery. And that doesn’t include the surgeon or the anesthesiologist bill. The nurses were understaffed and overworked. I had to wait nearly an hour for pain meds after my nerve block wore off. 24 hours after surgery, they rushed to get me out of the room while my incision was still draining heavily. This resulted in swelling, mo... read more
