They need to train them to better understand crying grieving mothers who are bleeding and telling them that I need a nurse now and they tell me I have to wait. West Valley has the WORST billing structure. I received care at the OBGYN in CaldwelI. The medical staff was amazing, but when it came to paying my bill I was incredibly frustrated. WANT to pay my bill! There are 3 or 4? separate places billing, they all have the same-ish name and they have ALL mademistakes on my billing. I dont know who to call to fix it. I have been on the phone for Hours and i am no closer to understanding what my bill actually is. I will never use any West valley facility ever again.
