They almost killed my husband. We were placed on older side. They treat you like second class citizens even though we have excellent insurance. They wanted to give us a deal on hospital stay if we paid on day 3 of stay. I said bill the insurance. The GI doctor Mumahod is a terrible person. It’s dirty and they treat their nurse staff like crap. The lack of care caused my husband to return to hospital a week after release because of infection and other complications. The worst experience I’ve had at a birthing center. Nothing seems organized. I was locked out of the building during labor after I was told to go move my truck. The nurses provide no help at all when it comes to providing blankets or things for the baby. We got two blankets and some wash rags to wipe the spit up off our newborn. Child and mother are exhausted. Breast feeding consultant had a 5 minute meeting with us about positions never showed us how or anything.
