Today was my second time bringing my son here. I've been very pleased both times. The first time we did a walk in and ( understandably there was somewhat of a wait). Today, I checked in online at 7am and brought my son in right when they opened at 9am. He was in and out in no time, got prescription that was needed for strep diagnosis. Very friendly staff, too. I also like the fact that it's a Children's Urgent care. Would recommend!
Have been here several times for multiple children with weekend or evening illness which we couldn’t see our pediatrician. It’s average in timing (about 1 hour to 1 hour 15). However I generally do not like the treatment plan offered by the doctors and when I check with my Pedi, they say not to follow the instructions of these doctors. (This was for stomach issues) Last time we went we were given a nurse who was training. It took him 10 minutes and multiple times to do my daughters pulse/ox. we went to urgent care for my 14 month old son..who has fever and runny nose.. Dr. piere was good.. she didnt order chest xray or labs.. some docs who are not confident in using stethoscope to hear chest will order chest xray on everyone they saw..atleast this doc said his chest is clear and he has ear infection..he got antibiotics and he was all good ..infection..runny nose & fever all gone.. it doesnt matter i guess.. for me whatever they do will only cost $20 out of pocket.. rest is insurance covered..so i guess.. it is i... read more
