Who is the security guy in the night shift around d 11:00 pm? A black male. Today 08/20/25, in the cafeteria I was eating with my family. And a security from across the cafeteria from us, LITERALLY told us to get out of the cafeteria through a different door than we usually come out from because the one we come out from, he had closed it. The staff is very rude unpleasant and poorly trained. I talked to a nurse she said she was the supervisor "Missy" or "Chrissy" she was unhelpful. First, one of the nurse keeps spilling the breast milk and was not even sorry for spilling it. This happened for couple of times and inspite of talking to her, she didn’t care and caused unnecessary stress and concern for us and my baby. Do not come here.
My son is 15 and was admitted into the pediatric ICU. The nurses and doctors here are amazing. I'm a nervous wreck because he's a child and he's about to have a 3rd surgery before the age of 16. I know he's in good because God is guiding the doctors and nurses hands to take care of my son. I'm very grateful and I'm ready for his healing.
