Got there at 8:30 pm with my daughter and it was 12:30 am and still couldn’t get discharge papers was told I was getting them at 10 pm my daughter was still having fever the whole time and other people coming after me getting a whole room while I was still in the waiting room
While traveling daily from Oklahoma to Dallas to be with our daughter during her medical treatment, I discovered my laptop screen had been cracked when a car seat was adjusted against it. I contacted Dallas Fix Tech and was relieved they could repair it the same day. My brother was on his deathbed and this hospital was the worst the doctors are very unprofessional they make you do something you don’t which the couldn’t the Registered nurse sydnie was horrible and rude she didn’t like my family members in the room with my brother it took everything in me to not say something bad cause she’s “caring” for my brother but ugh!! Do not bring your loved ones here please the doctors don’t care about your grievances and talk to you crazy

Yeah the person that be answering the calls should be fired! I call in to ask a simple question and they insult me asking if I’m a doctor and that if I study to be a doctor and black blah and she sounded like a old lady tha need to be in a nursing home instead of working there called at 6:15 may 19. I tried calling to complain but she doesn’t pass me with anyone else she just hangs up or doesn’t even pick up.she gave a name “celda” but it’s a fake name I bet.
