I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. I was kept waiting for over 20 minutes, and the staff did not show proper attention or care. The service felt unprofessional and disorganized. I expected much better. I would not recommend this place.
I've actually had great service here from life labs, and other medical tests. But those bathrooms in the basement are awful, especially for a medical facility- they reek of stale urine - even first thing in the morning when you think they's be fresh. I feel sorry for anyone who has to touch the safety bar. It looks like it hasn't been wiped clean in years. I have no idea who to complain to in the building. Hopefully they will see this and fix it.
