Very poor customer service, the accounting department...they can't even give me account information over the phone. Their accounting services are outsourced, nearly impossible to get any kind of information
The customer service here is horrible. My newly assigned PCP is unprofessional and dishonest. She gives NPs a bad reputation. I will definitely be looking for a new provider, which is unfortunate because I have been with MVMG for 25 years. I have never had an issue until now, and they won't even discuss the concern without verbally attacking me and triggering my PTSD.
