If you or someone you know is having chest pains due to a mental health issue-\-\do not bring them here (like I did my late-fiancé). They do not listen, and are obviously not staffed to help emergencies in mental health. The intern doctor, after I told her his symptoms and that they were mental issues, snapped at me, "well I can't help you with that!" She continued to work on his heart. Here with my husband trying to find out what is going on with his left leg. He can’t put any weight on it. While giving him some pain medication, the older white male nurse, calls me my husband’s mother. Then when I ignore him, he asks my husband if I was his mother. He proceeds to say “ I guess living with him made you look like this old”! Okay, I’m more than pissed off. First, we are here about my husband . I'm not a fan of the emergency room but labor and delivery and the NICU were amazing. I was admitted for a month and had multiple hospitalizions through my pregnancy and every experience was great. There were only two nurses I would recommend staying away from but the rest were incredible. Very helpful, very understanding, had no problem advocating for me. I went their yesterday for a bite on my right foot and all that they did was X-ray it and give me a naproxen and a script for antibiotics&naproxen. When I was crying in pain and couldnt even move my foot and it was 2 times the size of my other foot and I couldn’t walk on it. Plus I asked for a pain medication like a shot of something for the extreme pain and they said they don’t hand out narcotics for this type of thing! Just got home from my c section today & my experience was beyond anything I was expecting. Every Dr & Nurse that took care of me was exceptionally caring & nice to a point that I wasn't scared anymore. The housekeeping that came in my room & even food service were so nice! I couldn't of asked for better nurses. They made what could of been a painful/traumatic surgery and made me feel safe & taken care of like I was family. I thank every single one of them.

I Have Been Here At Medical Center of Trinity Now For 11 Days Now. Came In With Beathing Problems and Along The Way, Other Mishaps Have Surviced Beyond My Control. I Just Want To Say:THANK YOU, TO ALL THE NURSES'S , STAFF, CNA'S, VOLENTEERS, DR'S AND EVERYONE ELSE WHO HAS PARTICAPTED IN MY RECOVERY!! THIS HOSPITAL HAS THE BEST PROFESSIONAL TEAM EVER!! Someone should probably teach the ER doctors how to properly diagnose and test a patient. Should out to y’all for sending my mom home then her dying 5 days later.
