This is my third visit to your facility in approximately 3 years. Although, I don't relish the idea of going to the hospital for anything, your hospital makes it tolerable. The cleanliness of your facility and the professionalism of your staff makes this visit "almost" a pleasure. Many names come to mind that made my visit memorable. I was greeted pleasantly and taken to a room immediately. Dr. Zakaria and nurse Roseann were friendly, professional and efficient. Staff from housekeeping to registration were helpful and kind. My medical needs were attended to in a very timely manner and I left there feeling well cared for. Thank you all! Highly recommend!
Paul the physical plant manager and the police officer on duty(didnt catch his name) tonight were LIFESAVERS. I was visiting my elderly father there and when leaving I dropped my car keys down the elevator shaft. They were so helpful-they got them back for me in under thirty minutes.
Very clean, the nurses are great very helpful. I've been in here for 3 days now with flu p uemonia and strep.
Everyone was friendly the service and attention was great and my daughter and me had a beautiful steak dinner the hospital cooked for us as a congratulatory on her new baby pretty cool

Who regulates the Urgent Care facility in Palm Harbor? I would appreciate a contact person with accurate phone number. The Quality Care number listed in the below reviews, No one answers or returns a phone call.
Will never bring my husband to that hospital again. Too many complaints to put on a email that no one will do anything about.
My husband is at Trinity and is receiving excellent care. It helps that the staff smiles and acknowledges your presence even as you walk by. The nurses all have been wonderful with their care and sharing their personalities, especially nurse Jackie. She makes us laugh which works wonders for both my husband and myself. The private rooms are a godsend. The food is very good and my husband is gaining back some of the weight he lost due to his illness. If you have to be in a hospital, Trinity is the one you want to be in.
