My brother Fred has been in the hospital twice this past month. He was very ill. He is receiving exceptional care! Your staff on both 4th floor units have been wonderful. We see him getting stronger and feeling much better. Thank you all, from the doctors, dietary, lab, respiratory, and the entire nursing staff!
I recently went to Citrus Park ER for a fractured fibula as it turned out. The entire process took only 2 and a half hours. Linda the RN was fabulous. She keep me informed of whats going on. She was very gentle in caring for me. Her sense of humor was right on point. She was very professional in her bedside manners. Greg Kennedy (RN), MIke G (RN), Ramon O (PCT), Noel B (PCT), Marinn A (RN), Marlene E (RN), Olga Q (RN), Johnny C (PCT), MIke S (RN) made my son's and myselfs stay in your facility very pleasurable. My son had surgery and myself stayed in his room since I have had a stroke. I was asked if I needed anything and taken to cafeteria when ever I needed.
The staff and doctors here are great. They have been taking care of my father who is ICU! Thank you all you are doing for him!!
Unfortunately I have stayed in your hospital too many times to count. My last visit in February I was on the 2nd floor which I had never been on before. The nurses were amazing. The nurse leader Greg Kennedy was so kind and helpful. He is a wonderful person and goes above and beyond for his patients.
They have a awesome staff And very caring
Normally this a place I rave about and the only hospital I would have surgeries at but after the experience ive had this time i will NEVER be back and warn everyone. Dr Grossman in the ER spoke to me and to my nurse about me in a very rude tone and said this little girl went crying to her doctor and is making us admit her now which I can't make him do anything. Then I had A-Tech down in the HIDA scan room tell me that my gallbladder never ever filled up yet the test came back negative so someone isn't doing their job either ... read more
Spent 5 hours there yesterday with my fiancee in the er after a car accident.
The ER was horrible versus impersonal about privacy at all waited 4 hours before getting into a room. One back in room there was just lack of communicatIon. Once admitted every thing changed finallay got answers to manat questions. Wasn't fond of the Dr but the nurses were great!! The food was horrible they totally need a refab of what they are offering and cooking.
