pire expérience de ma vie dans une clinique c'étais ma première fois et ma dernière fois je met les pied a cette endroit mon rendez vous étais à 15h00 je suis arriver a l'heure car en plus il charge des frais pour (si vous êtes en retard ou vous vous présentez pas ) j'arrive a l'acceuil la réceptionniste je ne connais pas son nom elle me sert elle prend mon nom , ma carte d'assurance maladie et elle me dit je peut patienter jai attendu jai patienter 1H de temps aucune infirmière et médecin m'ont appeler vers 16h elle me dit ... read more
I just got out of your clinic and I feel so distraught. I came here to seek help and my appointment was just humiliating and dehumanizing. That doctor had not the slightest bit of empathy… did not offer anything that would help and blame my issues on my “anxiety”…. I did not deserve this…. Please do better
