i have insurance that provides for a copay for most dental procedures. Unfortunately this dentist continually up charges me for procedures that are not on my insurance copay list or for procedures that i do not want or need. They also refuse to give me a receipt of the charges at the end of my visit.
This was an unplanned appointment. I was in the building for another doctor's visit when I stopped by to make an appointment. I had had a procedure about 2 months earlier. A few weeks after recovery, pain began at the site and continued to grow. I wanted it checked out before it became a problem. The Doctor asked questions, listened to me, did an exam, asked more questions listening to me answers and figured out what was happening. She did a minor adjustment and the discomfort was gone.
My teeth cleaning went without discomfort.
I have been with this office for almost 7 years! Enough said! Trust anyone from that office without a heartbeat! Mimi is the best!
