This is the most vile company I've interacted with lately. My father had just died after a chronic illness, and they couldn't wait a few weeks for my $49 ER visit balance. After I made payment arrangements, they sent it to collections instead and it initially affected my credit score. Thankfully I disputed it and the credit reporting agency sided with me. MCB billing dept is dishonest. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere if possible.

Never Have I felt so mistreated by staff in er. Not all but most was unprofessional rude mean ladies that doesn't know how to handle their jobs.#worst service ever! I do not recommend this er!
Worst hospital ever. The service sucked. They was very rude and unprofessional. As soon as I say something or complain. Here comes the law..drive anywhere besides here..
I would like to thank the Emergency Room staff for the excellent care and attention that I received following my freak accident resulting in a broken hip. Also to the young men that transported me on the Ambulance - they were the best! I can't say enough how much I appreciate Lee Spurlock in the excellent care he gave me ... he is a true professional in his field - Medical Center Barbour is very blessed to have him on your staff! Thank you all for everything you did for me - I am forever grateful! Bonnie Eiland
