Would give zero if I could. Sat in waiting room for hours. No acknowledgement from staff. Just a joke.
We’ve always received such great care from the nurses and doctors here, but this appointment in urology today was definitely different. My husband’s appointment was at 11. We sat for 2 hours, and I went and asked if they forgot about us. The staff was very kind, but the wait without even being acknowledged or updated on the delay was ridiculous. We left another appointment that had staff rushing to get us to this appointment on time just to be left in a waiting room for hours.
Poor service. Nurse or PC doctor who ever called me had bad attitude, called an hour before telehealth appointment.
Do NOT come here for a vasectomy. The dr is knowledgeable and friendly, procedure went well with no complications. However, they will bill a total cost before insurance of over 8k for a simple procedure, no OR, which is 5-6x the national average. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and go somewhere else.
