Good doctor
I’ve been going here for years and year after year it gets worst. The staffing has poor customer service, communication is terrible. The doctor does not arrive until after 11am they try to make you see a different doctor in the office without prior notice or consent. I was told that I should inquire who the doctor will be when I call, I let them know that their way of thinking is very low as I do not work in the office and not aware of what other doctors they have working. I do not recommend this women's health center at all—0 stars. Very poor and unprofessional service. I went to change my contraceptive method, and they refused to give me the new one I had requested and agreed upon with them. They treated me with lies, never called or answered my phone again. It's disrespectful; nobody decides for anyone whether they want more children or not. No one knows each person's situation to make that decision.
