Dr. Thompson and Brad lost me as a patient today. In an urgent need to get something prescribed for a uti (with no appointments available for a week) they refused to call anything in or give me an insurance referral to a clinic so I could avoid going to express care of the shoals. I had a HORRIBLE experience with the two nurses that were there last time and will die before I ever step foot in that clinic ever again. I made a new-patient annual checkup. Seen Dr Bowen had to wait close to 1hr. Very rushed appt I had been on a blood pressure medicine that was being recalled for causing cancer. Ask to change to different one and she gave me something new. Got a bill for $170 called my insurance company and they said they were coding it under diagnostic instead of preventive for my annual checkup. Called billing left a message stating that and for them to call me. Next month another bill, called again and billing said because I change BP med... read more

charge to much 200 just to be a new patient. and I left 3 voicemails over the course of 2 weeks to finally get called back
Always take good care of me and they're quick about it.
