Dr. Mark Braun I was transferred to Dr. Braun after Dr. Vincent Keipper retired.I was always very happy with Dr. Keipper, but I found Dr. Braun to be very short and condescending.If you were happy with Dr. Keipper, I don't think that you will find Dr. Braun to be nearly as helpful.I would not refer my friends or family to Dr. Braun at Ardsley Clinic.
Take your time. It took a very long time to see the DR, I was ther 1/2 early as requested and never saw her until 45 min past the appointment time. Once in the room, she took her time and stayed with me longer than any doctor ever has. She was very thourough, easy to communicate with and extremely patient. Great service We had to use hospice when my grandfather's Alzhiemers got progressively worse, and we could not ask for a nicer group of people. Kind hearted and always available to answer questions.
I would recommend The wait is usually a bit long, but I absolutely love Dr. Gupta. She has always taken her time and I never feel rushed. I think she is a wonderful doctor with an excellent bedside manner.
I'll never go here again. I found this place to be slighty dirty. In the waiting room there were ants roaming around on the floor and walls. The receptionist seemed to be having a bad day and not covering it up well.
Affordable, good care The care we received at this location was superb. We visited on a holiday and the staff was still friendly. In addition to taking care of my husband, they gladly nursed his pregnant wife as well. :-) This is a great practice and a huge asset to the community.
Good MD Dr. Reid is a hometown doctor that is easy to talk to and easy to get along with. He knows his patients and will follow up with problems. Always professional.
Cleveland County Hospital Cleveland Regional Medical Center is the hospital in Shelby. People in Shelby are fortunate to have a hospital of this calibre nearby. There are many divisions, and the newest one I think is their sleep clinic. It's not accredited yet, but they are working on that right now. They are very pickey about the doctors they allow to practice there. I feel confident when I go there, I will get the best of care. However, their emergency room is really bad. Great help with quick service Maybe living in a small town has its advantages with doctors because Midland has some top notch doctors at this practice. The nurses and other staff members are extremely knowledgable and will help you in any way you need. They take pride it what they accomplish and deserve some pats on the back for the work they do. I have never had a wait that was over 20 minutes and that to me is fast for a doctors office.
