Went to the walk-in clinic hoping for a prompt service. Spent over two hours there with three little kids most of the time just waiting. Was prescribed a medication and assured it would be sent to the pharmacy "right now". Went to the pharmacy in the evening (six hours later), prescription was never sent and the clinic was already closed.
My experience was not a good outcome, the Dr. I seen is the one bad apple that made this clinic a bad clinic. I was raped in 2006 but she (Dr.) put in her notes in my medical report & called me a known Prostitute. What kind of Person makes a Victim a Victim all over again and cause she refused to remove the false statement I can't get fair Health Care In New Mexico. Many Other of these Dr.'s stated she did nothing wrong. I would't take my dog to this clinic.
Five stars to MANNM's walk-in clinic for their compassion and prompt service. When I failed to get Dr Whitley's attention for my suspected shingles, the Walk-In Clinic stepped up and helped me. Yes, it is shingles and yes, I now have a Rx to help. Took all of 5 or 10 minutes.....

The Group and all the staff are top notch! Dr Church has been the best physician I have ever seen and I travel over 100 miles to see him. Great doctor and great staff! Patient portal is a bonus! Thank you MANNM!
Jim has had the same doctor in your office for 6 years. If his doctor is not in his office one of the many other doctors fill his prescriptions. This makes his records look like he is going to different doctors seeking drugs. I am upset that no one told us. The treatment he has gotten from other doctors is so upsetting. I need to let others know this could happen to you. If I had not change PCP then I might have never know. The hard ship this has cause is extreme.
