I’m honestly really disappointed, I have been a patient here for years, Eric works at reception he is incredible, a super genuine person, very considerate and knowledgeable, very sympathetic, I love dr.tirmizi and the nurse practitioner Chris and every other person I have met, this past week I had another incredibly kind and helpful person at reception she immediately helped me. A caution about this practice that it is not customer service focused. My mom needed her prescriptions renewed and the receptionist took the request a couple days ago. She knew about the urgency, but when I went to the pharmacy, it was not renewed.
Very poor care. Instead of asking question pertaining to your heath they make assumptions and send you away for needless tests. If you are not well do not go to this office. Especially Jo-Ann Suna.
I went there last year and not planning to go back. - Waiting room is clean and plenty of books etc to keep you occupied. - on-premis lab so that is helpful and lab technicians were friendly - Reception staff meeting members quite stiff and curt ... may be because it was 3 pm appt. - Dr H was the dr I met and I spent more time in the waiting room than with her. She mis recognized me as a patient so obviously had not read my chart or patient intake and kept yawning (no I'm no exaggerating) when I was talking about my symptoms... read more
Everyone is always very nice to me and as far as I can tell, they are nice to everyone all the time. The waiting area has plenty of chairs, the temp is just right. Parking here is plentiful, and if you have to park out back or if you need an elevator there's one right there.
