I reccoment that people avoid this place like the plague. I've experienced horrible bedside manner and rude secretaries. Of the three times I've been there, I never even met my doctor. The phlebotomist is employed by an external lab that they use for blood work, that charged my insurance for a laundry list of test that not only were not disclosed to me prior, but we're not even run nor covered. Great team of caring individuals. I get so nervous every time I need to visit any medical office. But the people on staff here at Medical Associates of Denton have made me feel so comfortable. The care is whole and is genuine. I highly recommend this office!

I absolutely love Dr. Seymour, but she is rarely available, and the staff consistently fails to get my prescriptions called in.
I've never been more mistreated by a medical practice. My file and prescriptions are constantly incorrect, the certain members of staff have been incredibly rude, and no one ever bothers to call me with my test results. There are a select number of nurses who have been very nice, but my overall experience for the past few years has left a very bad taste in my mouth.
