VERY Disappointed with Dr Coronel, I have been a patient of the practice on Jog Road for many years prior to Dr Coronels arrival, There is no doubt in my mind that she is a very good Doctor and certainly has stellar credentials BUT you don’t pick yourself up and move to another practice without notifying your patients and leaving them no choice but to accept the inept Doctor that remains there. Try to find a decent internal medicine Doctor in Boynton Beach or Delray who has decent credentials and (look at reviews) and you do... read more
I love doctor Jenna! She's amazing. But your front desk needs a little big more help and/or training. My new dose of my medicine was supposed to be sent a week ago and they never sent it. When they finally sent it over it was the wrong dose. Who ever I spoke was not very friendly or understanding. She kept asking who upped my dose. Uh the only person who can my DOCTOR!! They also keep you on hold forever so they can chit chat with each other. I was on hold for a good 10 minutes. Than I called back because I got tired of wait... read more
Double check where they do their lab work. The had lab work sent to Labcorp and it was not covered by my insurance ... so I was stuck with a $397 Bill :(... OUCH!!!!! - other than that like the DR / Staff there. BTW - Payment is very inconvenient for HSA folks, like me.. as they have no on line payment option on their invoices... you have to call the office, durring busines hours and give them you card details
Great service all around. I always have an easy going and thorough visit. I've never had a problem here. Highly recommend.
If i could give this office minus stars i would. I cant talk about the doctors cause i never get to them. The staff, and the manager specially (shante?? She would tell me her name while walking away from me asking her questions!!!) are very dismissive. When i first walked in to be a new patient i asked them several times if my insurance and plan was covered and they said yes.
